The mysteries of relationships have provided me with countless opportunities for introspection, self-growth, and a deeper understanding of human beings in general. I offer an integrative style to coaching, which encompasses mindfulness, an attachment-based approach, practical tools for communication, establishing needs and boundaries, assimilating disturbing emotions, welcoming the fractured parts of ourselves, and neutralizing shame.
All emotions and intricate versions of your struggles are welcome and held with the highest degree of care possible! I received my education from Bard College and The Relationship School. I am also a certified yoga and meditation teacher. Jayson Gaddis, Stan Tatkin, Relational Life Therapy, Bruce Tift, MBCT, Trauma-Informed approaches, and Buddhist meditation are the main influences within my practice. Currently, I am training to become a licensed psychotherapist focusing on attachment and developmental trauma. I am a former New Yorker and come from a close-knit Italian family. I live in Boulder, CO., with my husband, children, step-child, and seven animals.
