I have always been awestruck by the mysterious paradox inherent in the tumult and bliss of relationships. This is especially true regarding familial dynamics and romantic partnerships. How is it that Love often possesses such polarizing extremes like betrayal, grief, and intense conflicts yet also beholds enormous pleasure, security, and joy? It has been my eternal mission to understand and experience profoundly connected relationships while acquiring fluency in navigating the inevitable challenges that come with them. It is an utmost honor to assist others in doing this, and I am always humbled by the vulnerability and bravery required in undertaking such a fiercely confronting endeavor.
My holistically eclectic and integrated approach is attachment-based, creative, present-centered, and solution-focused. This is a fancy way of saying we will dig deep yet stay efficiently tethered to desired outcomes. I believe healing is achieved best when our emotional process and appropriate systematic measures are artfully paced, placed, and balanced.
